EzyInsp ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application EzyInsp (the "App").
By using EzyInsp, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not download or use our App.

All your inspection data, including property details, photos, notes, and reports, are stored locally on your iOS device using Core Data and encrypted storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.
4.2 Security Measures
- All local data is encrypted using iOS security standards
- App data is protected by iOS sandboxing and security features
- No network transmission of sensitive inspection data
- Regular security updates and patches
4.3 Data Backup and Sync
Your inspection data may be included in your device's iCloud backup if you have iCloud backup enabled. This is managed entirely by Apple's iCloud service and subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:

EzyInsp is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
10. International Users
EzyInsp is designed primarily for users in Australia. If you are using our app from outside Australia, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Australia where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
