Which app should I get?

If routine inspections are the whole job and you'd rather never create an account, the free EzyInsp is for you. If you also prepare entry or exit condition reports and entry notices — or want saved properties to prefill your paperwork — that's EzyInsp Pro.

Do the apps work offline?

Both, fully. The free app never needs a connection at all. EzyInsp Pro asks you to sign in once; after that, inspections and PDFs work with no signal, and it syncs your monthly report count next time you're online.

Is the free app really free?

Yes. No account, no subscription, no ads and no in-app purchases. It's the app we started with, and it stays free.

What does EzyInsp Pro cost?

Nothing to start — 10 new reports a month with every feature included. Unlimited reports are A$4.99/month or A$34.99/year, billed through your Apple ID, cancel anytime in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Where does my data live?

On your iPhone, in both apps. The free app has no server at all. EzyInsp Pro's server stores your email address, subscription state and monthly report counts — never report contents, photos or signatures.
